The hike up Mount Triglav was super fun. Our guide was fantastic and the climb itself wasn’t too demanding. Although certain parts of the climb can seem a bit intimidating, I’m an amateur hiker and had no problems getting to the top. The views on the way and from the summit are stunning. Go for it!
Climbing Slovenia’s highest mountain may sound incredibly challenging, but it’s not that demanding at all. That said, you should have a fair bit of physical fitness. The guide took us up a very scenic and doable path and we made a number of stops. Sleeping in the mountain hut near the top was also a cool experience. If you want to conquer Mt. Triglav, I really recommend this guided trip.
I became a true Slovene because I got on the top of mount Triglav. The journey isn’t too hard. Friendly guide, great climbing… At the hut was nice food and panorama of mountains really great!! You must persist a little but you will get reward at the end of your climb…
